Although Pinnacles National Park still remains a favorite for locals, it is becoming more of a worldwide tourist attraction thanks to the abundant wildlife and recently gained national park status. As a park gains notoriety it also gains visitors. Unfortunately, with more visitors, wildlife tends to move further away into the hills. Hopefully this won’t be the case for Pinnacles! If you ever happen to have a few extra days while in Central California, Erin and I highly recommend Pinnacles National Park.
